No more unhealthy, unsafe, or environmentally harmful conditions during inspections like gas, obq, rob, ullage, temperature, free water measurements and sampling. With our solution powered by Honeywell, toxic gases stay contained within the cargo tanks (where they belong!).

Spotlight on the MTS Midway!
A well-maintained bunker barge that has just undergone maintenance and class certification at Nieuwenhuijsen Scheepsbouw. This was the perfect opportunity to install our innovative closed gauge and sampling solutions including vapor lock valves from Honeywell. These upgrades come just in time for the upcoming 2025 regulations concerning the closed sampling of all CMR-products. Our valves provide the ideal solution for fully closed (emission-free) inspections like gas, obq, rob, ullage, temperature, water, and level sampling - enhancing both health and safety for everyone on board.
Her details; 110m in length, 13.5m wide, +/- 4220 MT deadweight, equipped with a double-line system, has a 28m bunker boom, built by dolderman in 2009 and is proudly owned by UniBarge . Thanks to Henri Vranken’s finishing touch, including a LIDAR scan of all 12 cargo tanks and updated ullage tables, she’s fully equipped to continue serving the industry.

Major transformation ongoing at MTS Denver (86m x 10.5m,1345MT)!
As Mr. Dos Reis, the owner, stated: "I’m preparing my vessel to meet the highest standards. Every detail is being accurately inspected, with any necessary upgrades being made, ensuring nothing is overlooked. Plus, a fully closed measurement and sample inspection system is a must have for the crew, inspectors and clients. In a few weeks, the project will conclude with a new class certification"!

Barge News!
Very proud to announce that we have supplied to MTS Monford, operated by Victrol. Built by dolderman in 2018, having a length of 135m, 15m width and a deadweight of 6 KT. Our advanced closed gauge and sample solutions comprising gas-tight valves from Honeywell are designed to enhance both safety and efficiency, ensuring secure handling of volatile substances during closed quantity and sampling inspections. The primary goal of Tankcon GmbH's management is to create a healthier work environment for its employees on board. At Tank-Eye B.V., we’re committed to delivering innovative solutions that protect both people and the environment.

Thanks to Henri Vranken from TankTech and his advanced LIDAR scanner, we have successfully completed a 3D scan of the entire vessel.

What a vessel!
At an impressive 135 meters long, 22.8 meters wide, and boasting a 12.6 KT deadweight, the MTS Maglev is truly an asset to the inland shipping market. Currently under construction at the Den Breejen Shipyard, this impressive vessel is set to make waves in the industry when it’s delivered this October.
We're proud to be part of this project, as our Vapour Lock Valves are already installed on board. During our latest visit, we had the opportunity to showcase our closed inspection equipment, further ensuring the highest standards in safety and performance. One of the standout features of the MTS Maglev is its double piping system, allowing for full segregation of two different parcels, a significant advantage for versatile cargo handling.
A big thank you to the owner and Den Breejen Shipyard for trusting us with this great assignment. We’re eagerly watching as this big lady prepares to make her grand entrance!

Meet MTS Combination, a vessel originally constructed in 2003, measuring 110m in length, 11.4m width, with a deadweight capacity of around 4Km3.
Recently, this ship successfully completed its class certification at Offshore Ruijtenberg. This important occurance marked the perfect opportunity to enhance MTS Combination by integrating Tank-Eye B.V.'s cutting-edge closed gauge and sample solutions, featuring gas-tight valves from Honeywell. With this upgrade, SLK Shipping Group together with BFT Tanker Logistics reaffirms its unwavering dedication to safety, innovation, compliance, accuracy, efficiency, and environmental standards.

Now, MTS Asteria is fully equipped for all closed inspections, including gas checks, OBQ/ROB, ullage, temperature, free-water detection, and all level sampling. MTS Asteria is a proud member of the Burando Barging Group, steering together towards a safer and greener future.
