We’re Hiring: Sales Manager Europe

Build the European standard for safe, zero-emission tank inspections & shoreline sampling. At Tank Eye B.V., we’re transforming how the inland shipping, tank storage, and (petro)chemical industries perform closed measuring and sampling—safer, more accurate, and with zero emissions.


Our Vapour Lock Valves and closed inspection solutions enable fully closed measuring and sampling, protecting people, product quality, and the environment—while improving operational precision.

We’re looking for a Sales Manager Europe to own new business across Europe and help scale Tank Eye into the reference brand for closed inspection systems.


Your Mission

You will drive growth by winning new customers and expanding our footprint across Europe. You’ll combine consultative selling with a hands-on approach in the field, turning complex technical benefits into clear stakeholder value.

What You’ll Own
  • End-to-end new business (Europe): identify target accounts (terminals, refineries, chemical sites, inland shipping operators), open doors, lead technical/commercial meetings, and close deals.
  • Solution selling across stakeholders: translate safety, compliance, accuracy, and emission reduction into stakeholder-specific value for HSE, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Surveyors, and Management.
  • Territory & GTM strategy: build and execute a European go-to-market plan by country and segment. Prioritize high-potential verticals and develop partner/channel routes where relevant.
  • Market presence & thought leadership: represent Tank Eye at European trade shows, associations, and demo events. Run showcases of our closed measuring & sampling solutions and supporting systems.
  • Forecasting you stand behind: disciplined CRM usage, strong pipeline hygiene, structured deal reviews, and reliable monthly/quarterly forecasting.

What You Bring
  • Proven, recent B2B new-logo sales track record (“hunter DNA”) in maritime, (petro)chemical, tank storage, or adjacent industrial technology.
  • Strong consultative selling skills—from site level to C-suite—able to convert HSE/compliance improvements into business and financial value.
  • A relevant European network (terminals, refineries, chemical producers, surveyors) is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
