Sampling hazardous chemicals without opening the tank? Tank-Eye has the solution. With the Tank-Eye Closed Loop Sampling Kits, crews and surveyors can take safe and representative cargo samples through a fully closed and gas-tight sampling system.
Any vapors released during sampling are immediately captured by an integrated active carbon filter system. This effectively prevents harmful emissions and exposure to personnel during the entire sampling process.
The Closed Loop Sampling Kits have been specially developed for chemical inland barges and seagoing tankers, and are suitable for a wide range of petroleum and chemical products. Both systems are available directly from stock.

Closed Loop Sampling Deepwell Pump Kit
Connects directly to the vessel's deepwell pump. This enables safe and efficient sampling while the cargo is being circulated.
Closed Loop Sampling Air Pump Kit
Operates independently on the onboard compressed air system. This allows the cargo to be sampled in a fully closed manner, independent of the status of the main cargo pump.
